Implementing NGOs orientation on SOP and Caregivers’ Manual
The ICBC Project together with CIPRB hosted three batches of residential NGO orientation sessions to train and prepare the project implementing NGOs on SOP and Caregivers’ manual. The first batch of training took place on March 9-11 with priority given to NGOs that have taken over CIPRB crèches followed by two more batches in March and April. The NGOs were also given orientation about integration of services in ICBC project through referral services, the need for coordination and collaboration, as well as ICBC project branding, identity and communication norms and practices.
Moreover, the ICBC Project, together with CIPRB and Synergos organized a 7-day training of Master Trainers which took place from 14-21 March 2024 among 19 participants consisting of staff from across ICBC Project, BSA, CIPRB, BRAC IED. This Master Trainer pool will deliver Training of Trainers (ToT) to a group of 24 participants from the Implementing NGOs at the district level who will provide basic training to caregivers and assistant caregivers at the field level.
